Archive panic only sets in if the comic has a few
thousand strips in the archives.
I have not heard of Russel T Davies. I was referring to
this page. You know, there'll be a chapter of silly zany stuff, like someone turns evil, they all lose their jobs, the couple breaks up, someone gets rich, etc. Then to reset the story, the evil is cured, they get rehired, the couple finds it was all a silly mistake, or the money is lost or wasted. And you're back to square one, ready for the next chapter. If the writers are especially lazy (or something) the lessons learned are reset too. The jerk learns that his actions have consequences, and we all learn a lesson. Next chapter, he's exactly the same as before.
Works that use this can be mixed up (except for the very beginning and end) in any order.
The cure for boredom is curiosity. There is no cure for curiosity.
