Issue 443: The Visualization of Excelsior

Issue 443: The Visualization of Excelsior

Postby adam850 » Mon Sep 21, 2009 1:42 am

New comic this Monday for us all to discuss. So, this seems to be the person we've seen in various dreams/flashbacks/hallucinations/art days. I didn't realize until I looked the comic over twice, that she's wearing a very form-fitting outfit. Not like my initial reaction of "whoa, naked lady in the comic!"

Oh, and Kasey's reaction is perfect. Spot on.

first and foremost: curse you for getting first post

back on topic: kasey is gonna likely ask about getting the ship back up. and is she using the same text bubble as used for telepathy?

edit: Oh, can we get links to where we've seen her before?

Strange enough...I don't see her arm-bands in that panel.

Excelsior, you are one fine looking ship. *Robot's cheesy pick up lines*

Would Robot be as interested in Excelsior with the visualization mode operative?

She could still be naked. What's the difference anyway, considering it's a hologram?

Oh! I had already guessed my own story-based reason for why she didn't have armbands in that page. Guess not.

I wrote it as naked, but Calle has final say on character design. I believe I wrote something like "naked but dont put nipples and hoohahs..." lol

I originally read this as "I wrote it naked," which is not nearly as pleasant a mental image.
